RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our designs are all printed on demand so for this reason, we will only accept return items if they are defective or damaged so make sure you're deciding on the size and color perfect for you, shoot us an email about sizing anytime! If you need to return it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at info@scampandtramp.com and send your item to the return address on the package you received! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There should be no stains, pet hair, or other items on the clothing that indicate use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scampandtramp.com. You must contact us FIRST for confirmation your return is accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will need to print out your own return shipping label. Send your item to the return address on the package you received. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our designs are printed on demand so for this reason, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged so make sure you're deciding on the size and color perfect for you! If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at info@scampandtramp.com and send your item to Printful, the return address is on the package you received! 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund should process within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@scampandtramp.com.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
